RTNZ Members Meeting
Start Time: Arrival at 9:45am for a 10:00am start. Tea and coffee will be available on arrival.
Venue: Great Barrier Conference Space, Movenpick Hotel Auckland
Event Details: An agenda will be supplied closer to the event.
Catering: Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be provided.
Following the Members Meeting, there will be a networking opportunity (drinks and nibbles) with the teams from Tourism New Zealand.
RTNZ-TNZ Connect
Start Time: Arrival at 8:30am for a 08:45am start. Tea and coffee will be available on arrival.
End Time: We ask that you book your return travel no earlier than 3:30pm on Thursday, to ensure that your RTO/region is fully present for the round robin session.
Venue: Great Barrier Conference Space, Movenpick Hotel Auckland
Event Details: The focus of the Connect event will be the round robin/networking session.
Catering: Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will be provided.
Venue and Accommodation
As noted above, our venue for both events will be Movenpick Hotel, Auckland. Movenpick Auckland is located at 8 Customs Street East in the city centre.
Movenpick Auckland have offered a discount rate of 15% on their flexible online rate. This is for bookings between 18 February and 20 February 2025. You can book your accommodation online using the button below. To access the rate, click the “Special Rates” and add “AKDC21” in the preferential rates tab of the booking screen.
Please note: there is no requirement to stay onsite. If you have access to a better accommodation rate, you are welcome to book this instead.
