Speaker Erwin Eperania

Erwin is the Sustainable Tourism Coordinator at Tahiti Tourisme, where he’s been making a positive impact since May. With six years of experience in Digital Marketing at Tahiti Tourisme, Erwin combines his digital expertise with a passion for sustainability to enhance The Islands Of Tahiti‘s appeal as a responsible travel destination.

Previously, as a Digital Marketing Project Manager and now Sustainable Tourism Coordinator, Erwin focuses on integrating sustainable practices into Tahiti Tourisme marketing and promotional efforts. He works closely with local and international partners to create benefits for both visitors and the island community and ensure The Islands of Tahiti remains a sustainable dream for everyone. He is central to developing his country’s sustainable tourism action plan. Recently, he has worked on setting important sustainability goals and organized a major forum with tourism professionals, government representatives, and local communities to shape a plan. He is now working on finalizing it for implementation in 2025.
