Evening Experience | Tour of Hundertwasser Art Centre with Wairau Māori Art Gallery and Dinner

Experience art and nature in perfect harmony in a unique architectural project dedicated to artist, visionary and ecological activist, Friedensreich Hundertwasser.

Hear from Kathleen Drumm, Chief Executive at the Hawea Art Precinct and Hundertwasser Art Centre, about the development of the project from ideation to realisation. Learn about how the centre has been positioned at the heart of the community, and how regenerative principles have been applied throughout the development and ongoing management of the gallery.

Te Kōngahu Museum Self-Guided Tour Walk

The award-winning museum features over 500 images, six immersive audio-visual experiences, and two large interactive touchscreens. It tells the story of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and the Treaty of Waitangi from multiple perspectives to achieve an authentic and accurate representation of events.
