About the Speaker
Amie is the Destination Development Manager at Great South, the Regional Development Agency for Southland. Amie’s role is largely focused on the strategic direction and implementation of the Murihiku Southland Destination Strategy, which was developed as a blueprint for the sustainable development of the tourism industry within Southland from 2019 to 2029.
Originally from Invercargill and a passionate advocate for the Southland region, she has spent the last 16 years working in product and brand management across a variety of industries before joining Great South 7 years ago
